Every conversation, document and instruction received in the course of an engagement is treated as commercially privileged. Information is partitioned, retained only as required, and never used beyond the express purpose for which it was provided.
Alpha-Step accepts no introducer fees, retrocessions, success-linked commissions from third parties, or undisclosed economic interests in any party to a client transaction. Our compensation is owed exclusively by the client of record and disclosed in full at engagement.
We decline mandates where the work cannot be conducted to the standard our name implies, where conflict cannot be cleanly resolved, or where the intended use of our counsel is inconsistent with the laws and professional standards of the jurisdictions in which we operate.
